We designed our biodynamic, regeneratively farmed products not to be a be-all, end-all meal, but to serve as a filling boost of health-giving, delicious nutrition between or incorporated into breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. And, that's exactly how we use them for Cameron and Keegan (our own kids!).

White Leaf x Tiny Sprouts Superfood Breakfast Bowl

We love to make this breakfast bowl for Cam each morning for daycare. All it takes is five minutes, and is created with our Pumpkin + Nectarine pouch and Tiny Sprout's Flaxseeds. Our Pumpkin + Nectarine blend is an ideal base, as it is low in sugar and high in Vitamin A, great natural immune support.

Just one serving of Tiny Sprouts' Flaxseeds + Vitamin D & Probiotics will boost your little one’s nutrition by providing the omega 3s, fiber and iron needed to help tiny brains and bodies grow big and strong. The addition of vitamin D & probiotics makes things easier on tiny stomach, helps build strong teeth & bones and strengthens immune health.

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 tbs peanut butter (we love to get ours freshly ground at Whole Foods Market, or try zero added sugar/salt if purchased from store)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Tiny Sprouts Flaxseed
  • 1 WLP Pumpkin + Nectarine Pouch

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until you achieve a smooth consistency; feel free to create texture of your choosing depending on your little's stage of development (i.e. thicker consistency for toddlers)

**Please always consult your pediatrician prior to introducing new ingredients as each baby is different, especially nuts (found in peanut butter in this case).
